Too Big to Keep

After cleaning out the canal yesterday, TJ went out Monday morning to hit yet another monster.

Twenty Six, Twenty Four, Twenty Two

Memorial Day Weekend 2011, one windy Sunday afternoon, TJ headed out with dad for an afternoon of fishing. After one short hour, the two men arrived home as TJ had caught the limit in redfish. Three keepers, 26, 24 and 22 inches long.
TJ caught them 20-30 yards from my parent's house.

Now dad has a lot of cleaning to do...anyone for dinner?

2011 Stellerama Fishing Tournament - Harborwalk Texas

This years Stellerama Fishing Tournament had 190 entries( includeing 50 children), 8 sponsors and 48 total prize packages. Fishing was within Harborwalk from 7 AM until 12 noon.

Fish entries included 7 Summer Flounder, 3 Speckled Trout, 4 Redfish, 3 Black Drum and several fish entered in the "most unusual fish" category.
